We offer the Arise evidenced based High School LifeSkill and Middle School curriculum. This program helps improve communication and interpersonal skills, while also providing the tools to manage anger and stress. The program covers elements consisting of Anger Management, Domestic & Sexual Abuse, Drop Out/Truancy Prevention, Gang Prevention, Learning Strategies, Mental Well-being, Substance Abuse and Parenting. These separate programs provide the necessary tools for at-risk youth to improve communication, interpersonal skills, stress management and other skills necessary to grow into thriving young adults.
We offer the Arise Elementary School Life Skill curriculum. This program is implemented with elementary students and other at-risk youth aged four through nine. These evidence-based lesson plans cover a variety of essential topics to give kids the tools and skills they need to grow into thriving young adults. We provide everything from character development lesson plans to curriculum focused on physical and mental well-being. These years are critical in a child’s life and the life skills taught by our staff to help youngsters better understand their world.
We offer the evidenced-based Aggression Replacement Training curriculum cognitive behavioral intervention program to help adolescents and youth improve social skill competence, moral reasoning, better manage anger and reduce aggressive behavior.
We offer our in-house intervention program titled Racquet Control which utilizes tennis as a conduit to teach adolescents a physical activity that instills leadership, self-control, teamwork, competitive control, self-esteem and self-confidence.
